These are a great opportunity to immerse yourself more deeply into your Yoga practice. Yoga Retreat days take the class experience a little further, having more time to explore  techniques more fully.They are enjoyable days with like minded people.
A typical workshop includes yoga postures and breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation and chanting all related to the theme of the workshop.

Please bring some water, a mat and a blanket if you have one.

Nourishment - Shedding BUSY - Settling Body and Mind 


It seems that it has become normal to feel exhausted in this busy world and it is difficult to get away from being constantly bombarded with media and technology. This leaves us feeling distracted and depleted. I invite you to step away from all the fast, furious,

busy world and explore a day of self nurture

yoga practices.


This day will give our nervous systems a full

reboot, where we can find time to stop and take time - To feel fully nourished and taken care of. The day will include music and chanting where we can immerse ourselves in voices together. Guided meditation and breath practices. Gentle mindful yoga flows to reconnect with ourselves. A shared vegetarian feast. Yoga Nidra ( deep relaxation where we nest the body and experience tibetan bowls ) and Self Nurture and Restorative Practices.

Please bring a bottle of water, a mat and

a blanket (if you have one) and vegetarian food to share with everyone. If everyone brings a dish we will have a feast. A simple lentil dahl and will be provided and raw vegan truffles.

Fruit and herbal teas are available throughout the day.

If you have some “nesting materials”  for example blankets, blocks, bolsters, eye pillow, warm socks please bring them too, so we can explore some restorative postures and cosy up for the deep relaxation :)

As we Let go of  stress we feel more relaxed and uplifted.

The day will be very experiential, where you can immerse yourself fully, with time for investigation and reflection. The retreat day is available to all abilities beginner or experienced.

Outline of the day

9-45am Arrivals

10am Chanting - Singing our way to the Heart

10-30am Guided Meditation

11am Tea Break with raw vegan truffles (Provided)

11-15am Movement - Gentle Yoga flows with Breath

1pm LUNCH lentil dahl provided but bring veggie food to share

2pm Yoga Nidra “nesting” with experience of tibetan bowls

2-45pm  Self Nurture and Restorative practices

4pm Closing


The Retreat Day will be held in Boldre Memorial Hall. Set in the little village of

Pilley, in the New Forest.  This is a beautiful area and is a quiet location.

To the front of the building there is car park for plenty of cars. To the rear, an enclosed lawn and terrace which if weather is good we will be enjoying .

We have exclusive use of the building with two halls, kitchen and garden.
