Yoga in the New Forest (Ruth Bush) and Sound in Health (Bryan White) are coming together to bring you a day of movement and sound. This will be a nurturing day to move our bodies and sink into more restorative practices.

We will explore  a grounding  yoga flow with breath and drumming , chanting, meditation, sound bath (with the sound of sacred instruments; gongs, bowls and percussion.)

During the day we can work towards letting go of negativity and stress, feeling more relaxed and uplifted.

These practices will be very experiential, where you can immerse yourself fully, with time for investigation and reflection.
