Specialised 12 week Yoga for Healthy Lower Back course beginning Thursday 3rd November 2016 6pm til 7-30pm in The Pavillion, East Boldre.

Over the 12 week course, practices progress through specific movements and restorative postures to build strength in the back, giving the tools to cope in a painful back episode and techniques to align the

Back Health and Care are so so important so we can have the freedom to move about doing the things we love without any discomfort.

Its time to find out how you can help yourself, taking responsibility for your back health.

The back care class will go through gentle strengthening movements and stretches to give you more range of motion and finding nurturing positions to ease a painful back so it can heal quickly.
You will learn how to do these easily to help reduce your back ache. This prevents the need to rely so much on pain relieving tablets that can in the long term have negative side effects.
